Delivery
All orders will be sent via Registered Mail, and can be sent to any recognised postal address worldwide. For registered mail a unique Tracking Number is supplied to customers so that each delivery can be traced en route.
Quality
Ordered items are carefully packed for transportation at our own premises, after undergoing a thorough final quality check. The majority of Jewellery items are packaged in gift boxes (as stated on the product description itself). Items which are not supplied in gift boxes will be parcelled up within protective bubble-wrap.
Items ordered before 12pm will be sent out the same day. Items ordered after 12pm will be sent out the following day. (Excluding holiday periods)

For multiple item orders, an extra €0.50 is added per item for the second and each subsequent piece purchased for delivery to the same address. (UK and ROTW only)
Stock items will be delivered within 7 days of order acceptance. Should an item be temporarily out of stock due to high demand, you will be notified at the time of placing your order that delivery could take a little longer.
The buyer is personally liable, either directly or indirectly, for payment of any additional charges levied by the local delivery service provider in the event of your failure to be available to accept receipt of your delivery at your designated address.
Returns Policy & Procedure
At Jewellery Shop Online we want you to be extremely happy with every item you purchase from us. We realise though that sometimes you may want to return an item, and to provide full customer satisfaction we offer a 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on the items you purchase from us. All we ask is that you must contact us immediately and return the item unused, in its original condition including labels and packaging . Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Jewellery Shop Online you can return the item (s) to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. This guarantee excludes earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Unwanted items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging also with all labels intact. Any returned items must be received by us within the 30 days guarantee period, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure reasonable care of the goods and ensure that they are returned in their original condition and suitably packaged for return post. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in their original condition.
• We endeavour to process your request for a full refund (excluding delivery), replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.
• For refunds, we will refund to the credit card used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within 5 working days. Please note that the refund payment may take longer than this to appear on a credit card because it will be out of our control as to when your bank refunds the money onto the card.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, if you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.
The only items(s) that cannot be returned to Jewellery Shop Online are earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• We need you to notify us prior to you returning any items, whether for refund or replacement. If you want to return an item, please email us immediately at sales@jewelleryshoponline.ie, please provide your order number (if known), name, address and contact telephone number. Also let us know why you are returning the item(s), and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.
• Please return all items unused, in their original condition and with all item labels intact. Please also enclose inside the package your original invoice or a sheet with your order number, name, address and contact telephone number to assist us in identification of the returned item(s).
• Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained.
• If a product is damaged on delivery, or an unwanted gift you can return it to Jewellery Shop Online within 30 days for full refund or replacement.
• We need you to notify us prior to you returning any item(s), by sending an email to us immediately at sales@jewelleryshoponline.ie. In the e-mail please provide your order number (if known), name, address and contact telephone number. If your item is damaged on delivery please let us know the extent of the damage and whether you would prefer a replacement item or a refund.
• Risk in the delivered product(s) passes to you when the products are accepted or signed for at the delivery address stipulated in your order. We accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to the products after risk passes.
• For replacements, if the item is still in stock, we will dispatch as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can choose to have the item replaced by a different item. If the alternative item is less than the original cost we will refund the difference, but if it is of higher value we will need you to pay the difference in price.
• For refunds, we will refund to the credit card/paypal account used for the original order payment. We aim to do this within working 5 days.
• All returns should be sent back to the address on your invoice.
